  • Chart Generation: AI-powered tools for creating, editing, and customizing charts and graphs to visualize data across various document formats.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content

When using our Document Conversion and Chart Generation services, you may upload documents and content for processing. You retain all ownership rights to your original content. By uploading content, you grant FurtherMoon a limited license to process, convert, and temporarily store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
  • Your content does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

4. AI Processing and Output

Our services use artificial intelligence to process and transform your content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not be 100% accurate and should be reviewed by you before use
  • Document conversion may result in formatting differences from the original
  • Chart and graph generation is based on the data you provide, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the input data
  • FurtherMoon does not guarantee that converted documents will be identical to the original in all respects

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on FurtherMoon's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on FurtherMoon's website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Use our services to process content that violates any laws or third-party rights

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We temporarily store uploaded documents and generated outputs to provide our services:

  • Uploaded Documents: Your original uploaded files are stored only for temporary processing and will be deleted after processing is complete. We do not retain your original documents.
  • Generated Outputs: Converted documents and generated content are made available for download during your current session. We may retain these outputs for a limited period to ensure service reliability, but we do not guarantee long-term storage.
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us

7. Disclaimer

The materials and services on FurtherMoon's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. FurtherMoon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall FurtherMoon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services on FurtherMoon's website, even if FurtherMoon or a FurtherMoon authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on FurtherMoon's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FurtherMoon does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
